What You Need to Bring

To process your transaction quickly and meet regulatory requirements, please bring the following when you visit our store. We are required by state law to verify identity and ownership for every transaction.

For All Customers

Valid government-issued photo ID — driver license, state ID, or passport.
Proof of address — recent utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement (may be required).
The item itself — bring it in for in-person appraisal. Photos help, but final offers require physical inspection.

Vehicles (cars, motorcycles, boats, RVs)

Vehicle title or ownership documents (clear title strongly preferred)
Current registration
Proof of insurance, if required by state law
Two keys, if available
Maintenance records, if available

Jewelry, Watches, Luxury Goods

Original purchase receipts, if available
Appraisal certificates, if available
Original box and papers for designer brands and luxury watches

Electronics

Original packaging and accessories, if available
Receipts or proof of purchase, if available
Device must be unlocked and account-removed (factory reset)

Important Notes

Requirements may vary by state, item type, and transaction type. Our team will confirm exactly what is needed before final approval. Items that appear to be stolen will not be accepted, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement as required by law.
